人力资源的开发和利用还包括企业制定一系列与规章制度相配套的激励机制。只有激励才能产生高效率,只有激励才能产生凝聚力,企业才能获得可持续发展。通过把这种激励机制结合中国公共部门人力资源管理的运行实践,主要针对完善公共部门人力资源管理激励机制中晋升制度、薪酬管理制度和考核制度,同样可以提高公共部门的运行效率。
The development and utilization of human resources also includes enterprises to formulate a series of incentives and regulations that match the rules and regulations. Only incentives can produce high efficiency, and only incentives can produce cohesion, and enterprises can achieve sustainable development.
