患者,男,50岁,17年前在颈部和上背部发生红斑、水疱,往中山医学院附属二院经临床及病理切片检查,诊断为“增殖性天疱疮”,返海南以强的松等治疗,水疱消退,但红斑则缓慢地发展、增多,逐渐累及面部、躯干和四肢。近两周来,因皮疹扩展加快,瘙痒较前明显,并感头晕、低热、四肢乏力,当地治疗未见缓解,而于1985年11月13日转入我院。体检:体温37.4℃,脉搏80次/分,呼吸16次/分,血压100/70mmHg,发育正常,营养
Patients, male, 50 years old, 17 years ago in the neck and upper back of the erythema, blisters, to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan Medical College by clinical and pathological examination, diagnosed as “proliferative pemphigus”, returned to Hainan with strong Pine and other treatment, blisters subsided, but the erythema is a slow development, increased, gradually involving the face, trunk and limbs.
