2007年2月太原市红十字血液中心会议室召开太原市无偿献血志愿者协会机采成分血应急队成立大会。与会领导有山西省人民政府副秘书长郭慧民、太原市卫生局医政处处长李玉杰、太原市红十字血液中心主任王秋锁、太原市红十字血液中心党总支部书记许虹等。此次成立的无偿机采成分血应急队是全国首支,当天共有160多名无偿献血者宣誓加入此队伍。
In February 2007, the meeting of the Red Cross Blood Center of Taiyuan City held the inaugural meeting of the blood recovery team of the Taiyuan City Volunteer Donation Volunteers Association. The participating leaders include Guo Huimin, deputy secretary-general of the People’s Government of Shanxi Province, Li Yujie, Director of the Department of Medical Affairs of the Taiyuan Municipal Health Bureau, Wang Qiuyuo, Director of the Red Cross Blood Center of Taiyuan City, and Xu Hong, Party Secretary of the Red Cross Blood Center of Taiyuan City. The unveiled blood-for-service component blood emergency response team was the first in the country. More than 160 unpaid blood donors were sworn into the team on that day.
