目的评估广东省某大型光电子材料生产项目的职业病危害预评价采取的防护措施是否有效。方法应用国际化学品控制工具箱(ICCT)风险评估法。结果应用ICCT评估该项目多个生产工艺在生产过程中作业人员接触的硒及其化合物(按Se计)、镉及其化合物(按Cd计)、氢氧化钠、过氧化氢、硼酸、甲醇、氧化硼、硼氢化钠、硫酸、四氢化锗、砷化氢、氧化钙、硫化氢、磷化氢、亚磷酸、三氯化硼、光气、氯、盐酸、甲烷、一氧化碳、乙醚、碘甲烷、铟及其化合物、碘乙烷等25个化学性危害因素,对危害程度进行危害分组,提供控制方法和个人防护用品的配置分析,并与该项目拟采取的防护设施进行比对,认为防护措施符合相关规定,可有效降低职业病发生率。结论该生产项目使用的职业病危害防护措施合理、有效,基本符合职业病防治法要求。
Objective To evaluate whether pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in a large-scale optoelectronic material production project in Guangdong Province is effective in protective measures. Methods Apply the International Chemical Control Toolkit (ICCT) Risk Assessment Method. Results The ICCT was used to evaluate the selenium and its compounds (by Se), cadmium and its compounds (by Cd), sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, boric acid, methanol, Borohydride, sodium borohydride, sulfuric acid, germanium tetrahydroborate, arsine, calcium oxide, hydrogen sulfide, phosphine, phosphorous acid, boron trichloride, phosgene, chlorine, hydrochloric acid, methane, carbon monoxide, diethyl ether, , Indium and its compounds, ethyl iodide and other 25 chemical hazards, hazard degree grouping to provide control methods and configuration analysis of personal protective equipment, and with the proposed protection facilities to be compared, that the protection Measures in line with the relevant provisions, can effectively reduce the incidence of occupational diseases. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards used in this production project are reasonable and effective and basically meet the requirements of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law.
