目前军用航空电子企业普遍存在多品种小批量混线生产,定型批产、科研试制和外场返修交叉并行,物料种类多,物流配套方式落后,生产效率低下的困局。为解决这些问题,某企业总体装配车间运用精益思想,从车间整体布局和产线内部布局两个层次,规划设计了功能型和单元型混合的工艺布局,同时引入智能物流系统,实现了缩短生产周期,简化车间物流,最终提升生产效率的目的。探索实践过程中总结出的原则和方法有较强的可复制性,对同类型企业和车间的改造有借鉴意义。
At present, military aviation electronics enterprises generally have many kinds of small batches of mixed-line production, stereotypes and batch production, scientific research trial and field rework cross-parallel, material types, logistics support methods backward, production inefficiency difficulties. In order to solve these problems, an enterprise’s overall assembly shop uses lean thinking. From the overall layout of the workshop and the internal layout of the production line, the functional layout and unit type layout are planned and designed. At the same time, intelligent logistics system is introduced to shorten the production Cycle, streamline the workshop logistics, and ultimately enhance the production efficiency. The principles and methods summed up in the course of exploration and practice are highly reproducible and have reference significance for the transformation of the same type of enterprises and workshops.
