水泥剂量对水泥稳定粒料路面基层材料性能的影响较大。由于一些试验工作者对试验方法的理解程度和操作水平的差异,水泥剂量的试验结果存在较大的离散,难以起到控制生产质量的目的。对EDTA滴定法的原理进行了阐述,并研究了影响EDTA滴定法数据离散性的因素。研究表明:用2.36 mm粒径以下颗粒绘制的标准曲线离散比较小,不同粒级颗粒的EDTA消耗量相差很大,取样的代表性是试验成功的关键。就此,提出了一种取样方式,大幅度降低了EDTA滴定法测试水泥剂量的离散性,增大了水泥剂量滴定值的可信度。
Cement dosage has a great influence on the performance of cement stabilized aggregate pavement base material. Due to the difference of understanding of test methods and operation level by some test workers, the test results of cement dosage have large discrepancy and it is difficult to control the production quality. The principle of EDTA titration is described, and the factors affecting the dispersion of EDTA titration data are also studied. The results show that the standard curves drawn with particles below 2.36 mm have smaller dispersion and the consumption of EDTA in different particles is quite different. The representativeness of sampling is the key to the success of the experiment. In this connection, a sampling method was proposed, which greatly reduced the discreteness of the EDTA titration test of the cement dosage and increased the credibility of the titration value of the cement dosage.
