[目的]观察疏肝养胃方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例阿莫西林,0.5g/次,3次/d;多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d;枸橼酸铋钾,0.3g/次,3次/d;左氧氟沙星,0.2g/次,3次/d。治疗组40例疏肝养胃方(柴胡、枳壳、白芍各20g,佛手、白术各15g,香附10g,砂仁8g,吴茱萸、甘草炙各5g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,3次/d,餐前口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、Hp清除疗效、症候积分、不良反应。连续治疗治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效:治疗组显效22例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组显效10例,有效19例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。Hp清除疗效:治疗组显效16例,有效18例,无效6例,总有效率85.00%。对照组显效8例,有效17例,无效15例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症候积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]疏肝养胃方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shugan Yangwei recipe combined with Western medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis. Continuous treatment 28d for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, Hp removal efficacy, symptom scores, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 4 courses of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Result] Clinical curative effect: In the treatment group, 22 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.50%. The control group markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 19 cases, ineffective in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 72.50%. Hp removal efficacy: the treatment group markedly effective in 16 cases, 18 cases effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 85.00%. In the control group, 8 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 15 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 62.50%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Symptom scores were improved in both groups (P <0.05), the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Shugan Yangwei recipe combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is satisfactory, without serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
