做好在大学生中发展党员的工作是高校党建工作中的一项长期而繁重的政治任务。几年来。我们认真贯彻“坚持标准、保证质量、改善结构、慎重发展”的方针,以“三个代表”的重要思想为指导,结合我院党建工作实际,从加强大学生入党前的培养教育入手,努力使那些思想素质好、政治觉悟高、学习成绩优、现实表现突出的优秀分子尽快成熟,在严格把关的基础上,及时把他们吸收到党的组织中来,收到了良好的工作效果。
