一国的双边投资条约(BIT)范本是其投资条约政策的最重要的国际展示。中国作为世界上缔结国际投资条约最活跃的国家之一,应当重视并加强BIT范本建设。中国投资条约实践的发展也要求中国及时修订其BIT范本。以和谐世界理念为指导,本文提出并简要评析了作者起草的中国BIT、范本建议案。 A country’s BIT model is the most important international showcase of its investment treaty policy. As one of the most active countries in the world in concluding international investment treaties, China should attach importance to and strengthen the model BIT. The development of China’s investment treaty practice also requires China to revise its BIT model in a timely manner. Guided by the concept of a harmonious world, this paper presents and briefly comments on the proposal of China’s BIT and Model Proposal drafted by the author.
