本文研究了制片压力对氢氧化铝片(包括直接压缩的原粉片)的物理结构和药物性能的影响。测定了样品的比表面、表观密度、孔隙率、平均孔半径、硬度、崩解度和制酸力,并对实验结果进行了讨论。 This paper investigates the effect of tabletting pressure on the physical structure and drug properties of aluminum hydroxide flake, including the direct compressed original flake. The specific surface area, apparent density, porosity, average pore radius, hardness, disintegration and acid resistance of the samples were measured. The experimental results were also discussed.
