红旱莲又名湖南连翘,为金丝桃科植物Hypericum ascyron L.的全草。民间用于止血、治黄疸、肝炎及疮疖肿毒等症。药理实验证明其水煎剂有平喘、止咳、祛痰及抗菌等活性。近年来应用红旱莲酒精浸膏片临床治疗418例慢性气管炎患者,证明确有较好的疗效,且毒、副反应小。鉴此,我们对其进行了有效成份的研究。现从中分得五种黄酮结晶单体,经改良的肺溢流实验(选用猫和豚鼠)证明结晶Ⅰ(20mg/kg,腹注)有扩张支气管作用,电刺激 Also known as Hunan Forsythia, the Red Eclipta is the whole plant of Hypericum ascyron L. of the Hypericum family. Folk used to stop bleeding, cure jaundice, hepatitis and sore carbuncle swelling embolism. Pharmacological experiments have proved that its water decoction has asthma, cough, sputum and antibacterial activity. In recent years, 418 patients with chronic bronchitis treated with Hong Lian Lian alcohol extract tablets have been proven to have good curative effect, and the toxicity and side effects are small. In view of this, we conducted a study of its effective ingredients. Five flavonoid crystal monomers were isolated from the tea. The modified pulmonary overflow test (cats and guinea pigs) demonstrated that crystallization I (20 mg/kg, ip) had bronchodilating effect and electrical stimulation.
