轧辊轴承是铝材轧机的重要组成部分,轧辊轴承油的泄露检测是业内一大难题。定量检测轧制油中轴承油的泄露,本文尝试通过红外光谱法对轧制油中轴承油含量进行检测,试验表明波数11 0 0 c m-1左右处,吸光度随轴承油含量的增加而增加,且具有极佳的线性关系,可以制作标准曲线对轴承油进行分析。由于轧制油中通常会添加酯类添加剂,而酯类添加剂对检测轴承油的含量有影响,利用轴承油标准曲线计算出轴承油总体计算含量,减去酯类添加剂的影响,得出实际轴承油的含量。多次试验表明红外光谱法定量检测轧制油中轴承油的含量数据准确性好,方法便捷、快速。
