以二茂铁、取代胺为原料,经甲酰化、缩合反应,合成了7个具有大π共轭体系的二茂铁席夫碱有机金属三阶非线性光学材料。优化了2-氨基-6-硝基苯并噻唑与二茂铁甲醛缩合的反应条件,筛选了催化剂、溶剂,得出以碱性A l2O3为催化剂,以二甲苯为溶剂,在回流温度下,反应10 h,产物收率可达59.1%。比较了不同的取代胺对反应收率的影响,得出胺的碱性越强,反应收率越高。经核磁共振氢谱、紫外光谱、质谱等表征了目标化合物的结构。
Seven ferrocenyl Schiff base organometallic third-order nonlinear optical materials with large π-conjugated system were synthesized by the reaction of formylation and condensation with ferrocene and substituted amine as raw materials. The conditions for the condensation of 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole with ferrocenecarboxaldehyde were optimized. The catalysts and solvents were screened out. The results showed that with basic Al 2 O 3 as catalyst and xylene as solvent, The reaction for 10 h, the yield of product up to 59.1%. The effects of different substituted amines on the yield of the reaction were compared, and the stronger the basicity of the amine, the higher the yield of the reaction. The structure of the target compound was characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectrum and mass spectrometry.
