本文以中国一汽历史文化街区保护为例,分析了工业遗产保护在新时期的几点思考,如适度扩大对工业遗产的保护范畴,关注对生活原真性的保护;注重工业遗产历史信息的汲取,形成城市文化资源特色;注重发展工业旅游,体现工业遗产对工业城市的价值。最后,提出城市工业遗产作为资源,应进行整体评价和储备,合理实施保护、开发和利用。
Taking the protection of China FAW historical and cultural blocks as an example, this article analyzes some thoughts on the protection of industrial heritage in the new era, such as expanding the scope of protection of industrial heritage moderately, paying attention to the protection of authenticity of life, paying attention to the historical information of industrial heritage, The formation of urban cultural resources characteristics; focus on the development of industrial tourism, industrial heritage reflects the value of industrial cities. Finally, it is proposed that urban industrial heritage should be evaluated and reserves as a whole, and should be rationally implemented for protection, exploitation and utilization.
