随着中国经济总量和对外贸易在世界经济比重的增加,中国将成为“世界工厂”、“世界制造业中心”的呼声无论在国内国外都日益强烈。国内很多地区都纷纷提出要成为制造业基地,对此,国家计委宏观经济研究院副院长刘福垣在最新一期《战略与管理》杂志撰文认为,对国际制造业区域结构的变化,既不要一哄而起,又不要麻木不仁。要展望世界经济和中国经济未来走势;明确我国各个地区在国内市场分工体系中的地位:科学地解决现代制造业基地在我国区域经济中的“四定”(定性、定位、定功能、定结构)问题。
As China’s total economy and foreign trade increase in the proportion of the world economy, the voice that China will become a “world factory” and a “world manufacturing center” will become increasingly strong at home and abroad. In many parts of China, many have proposed to become a manufacturing base. In response, Liu Fuyuan, vice president of the Macroeconomic Research Institute of the State Development Planning Commission, wrote in the latest issue of Strategy and Management magazine that neither changes in the structure of the international manufacturing industry nor Coincidently, do not be indifferent. We should look forward to the world economy and the future trend of China’s economy. We should make clear the position of all regions in our country in the system of division of labor in the domestic market: to scientifically solve the “four determinations” of modern manufacturing bases in the regional economy of our country (qualitatively, positively, functionally, )problem.
