目的了解漳州港招银港区鼠类种群、密度,季节消长,以及携带病原情况。方法选择漳州港招银港区有代表性的观察点,每月调查1次,以捕鼠笼法计算。结果 2004~2005年共捕获各种鼠类56只,隶属2目2科3属5种,平均密度0.81%:褐家鼠为招银港区的优势鼠种,占全部捕获鼠数的58.9%。港区鼠类全年均有活动,夏秋季为高峰期。鼠流行性出血热病毒抗原检测阳性率为3.03%,鼠种为褐家鼠。检测鼠疫 F1抗原47份和鼠疫 F1抗体21份,结果均为阴性。结论褐家鼠为招银港区的优势鼠种,密度高峰出现于夏秋季节。综合防治是控制鼠传疾病的根本措施。
Objective To understand the population, density, seasonal fluctuation of zooplankton in Zhangzhou Port and the carrying pathogen. Methods A representative observation point was selected in Zhangzhou Port Zhaoyin Port Area. The survey was conducted once per month and was calculated by catching squirrel cage method. Results A total of 56 rodents were collected from 2004 to 2005, belonging to 2 orders, 3 families and 5 species, with an average density of 0.81%. Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species in the area of CMB, accounting for 58.9% . Minato activities throughout the year, summer and autumn as the peak. The positive rate of mouse epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus antigen was 3.03%, and the rat species was Rattus norvegicus. 47 copies of plague F1 antigen and 21 copies of plague F1 antibody were detected. The results were negative. Conclusion Rattus norvegicus is the predominant mouse species in the area of Zhaoyin Port, with the highest density occurring in summer and autumn. Comprehensive prevention and control is the fundamental measure to control rodent disease.
