流行性出血热(EHF)并发心律失常近年来引起国内学者注意。我院内科自1981年10月～1994年1月共收治EHF患者83例,经心电图检查,发现52例并发各种心律失常。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 83例EHF患者中并发各种心律失常52例,占62.7％。其中并发两种以上心律失常者8例,占9.6％。52例中男35例,女17例;年龄8～72岁,平均年龄33.9岁,60岁以下50例。患者既往均体健,无明显心脏病史,起病急骤,入院前未经特殊药物治疗。 1.2 诊断依据 EHF并发心律失常诊断依据为:①有典型出血热依据,临床确诊为出血热患者。②病程中出现各种心律失常,可随本病痊愈而消失。③过去无心律失常病史。④各例均经心电图扫记证实。符合以上四项条件者始列入统计。
In recent years, epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) complicated with arrhythmia has drawn the attention of domestic scholars. 83 cases of EHF were admitted to our hospital from October 1981 to January 1994. The electrocardiogram showed 52 cases complicated with various arrhythmias. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 83 cases of EHF complicated by arrhythmia in 52 cases, accounting for 62.7%. There were 8 cases with two or more arrhythmias, accounting for 9.6%. Among 52 cases, 35 were males and 17 were females, with a mean age of 33.9 years and a mean age of 50 years under the age of 8 to 72 years. All patients with past health, no obvious history of heart disease, sudden onset, without special medication before admission. 1.2 based on the diagnosis of EHF complicated with arrhythmia diagnosis is based on: a typical hemorrhagic fever based on clinically diagnosed as hemorrhagic fever patients. ② various arrhythmias appear during the course of disease can disappear with the recovery of the disease. ③ no past history of arrhythmia. ④ cases were confirmed by scanning of ECG. In line with the above four conditions were included in the statistics.
