1 燃料组件标准化的作用1.1 燃料组件标准体系已基本形成 我国核燃料系统的标准化工作,尽管起步较晚,但近年来由于各级标准化领导者和工作者的努力,本着积极采用国际标准和国外先进标准的原则,逐步建立了我国的核燃料标准体系。这个标准体系涉及到国家核安全法规和导则（HAF系列）,也包括了近百项核燃料国家标准和核行业标准。其实,作为核燃料系统的综合标准体系还应包括大量的企业标准,因为国家标准和行业标准不可能定得太细,特别是制造工艺方面的标准,往往包含着“技术诀窍”,不宜定国标和行标。多数产品,即使有了国标或行标,企业还必须制定严于国标和行标的企标。今后的任务是进一步补充和完善这个标准
