为研究不同设备布局方式下定制型装备制造系统的性能,提出了一种考虑制造系统复杂性的仿真评价方法。根据企业实际,归纳与抽象了三种典型的装备制造系统设备布局方案;考虑系统复杂性,构建了制造系统设备布局方案的评价指标体系,着重阐述了系统结构熵模型及系统运行熵模型的构建方法;在抽象产品、工艺模型的基础上,构建了相应的系统仿真模型;通过仿真实验,获得了评价指标体系的各类参数,进而对布局方案进行评价。
In order to study the performance of the customized equipment manufacturing system with different equipment layout, a simulation evaluation method considering the complexity of manufacturing system is proposed. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper summarizes and abstracts three kinds of typical equipment manufacturing system layout plans. Considering the complexity of the system, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the equipment system layout plan, emphasizes the construction of the system structure entropy model and the system operation entropy model On the basis of abstract products and process models, the corresponding system simulation models are constructed. Through simulation experiments, various parameters of the evaluation index system are obtained, and then the layout schemes are evaluated.
