控制和减少混凝土内外温差,使大体积混凝土内外形成比较均匀的温度场,是防止混凝土温度裂缝的关键。文章阐述了亭子口水电站厂房混凝土工程施工,采取合理的分层分块、优化混凝土配合比、拌制预冷混凝土、控制混凝土运输过程中的温度、控制混凝土的浇筑温度、仓面保温等技术,通过强化、细化各施工环节控制措施,使厂房内部混凝土最高温度控制在设计允许值内。
