本文通过对产品成本与费用控制中存在问题的分析,提出了产品生命周期成本控制的新模式:要树立产品生命周期成本控制的概念,对产品要进行价值性能评价分析,合理制定制造费用的标准成本;合理控制销售队伍的规模;加强广告效益的考察;建立健全的产品售后维修服务成本管理模式。这个模式可以增强企业的市场竞争力,达到扩大产品市场占有份额。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in product cost and cost control, this paper puts forward a new model of product life cycle cost control.
