近年来,随着我国市场经济开放程度的逐渐提升,全球竞争力的提升主要是表现在对各种人才的竞争上,为了适应不断变化的人才竞争形势,我国企业管理发生了较大的变化。这种转变要求广大员工必须全身心投入到企业的各项工作中,在先进的薪酬福利管理的支持使企业员工认识到原有收入分配制度存在问题。本文将就我国现代企业的薪酬福利管理中存在的问题进行分析,并站在全新的管理角度探寻现代企业薪酬福利管理的新思路。
In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the market economy in our country, the improvement of global competitiveness is mainly manifested in the competition of various kinds of talents. In order to adapt to the ever-changing situation of talent competition, great changes have taken place in the management of enterprises in our country. This shift requires the majority of employees to devote themselves fully into the work of the enterprise.
