伴随着新媒体的发展,报业正承受着前所未有的冲击。在报业转型的过程中,一个完善的经营业态和与之相适应的业务评价体系可以为新的品牌竞争战略提供强大的支撑作用,而目前传统报业的业务管理、业绩评价模式则无法适应全媒体时代发展的需要。本文基于平衡计分卡(BSC)的考核方法,设计出涵盖财务维度、客户维度、内部运营维度、学习与发展维度,兼顾考核传统业务指标与推进新盈利模式构建的考核框架。并通过关键绩效指标(KPI)考核方法推进具体指标设计,建立了包括财务、销售业绩、市场占有率、品牌营销、盈利模式拓展、新媒体业务考核在内的一整套完善的广告业务评价指标体系。
With the development of new media, the newspaper industry is suffering an unprecedented impact. In the process of newspaper transformation, a sound business format and the corresponding business evaluation system can provide strong support for the new brand competition strategy. At present, the business management and performance evaluation mode of traditional newspaper industry can not adapt All-media age development needs. Based on the BSC assessment method, this paper designs an assessment framework that covers the financial dimension, customer dimension, internal operation dimension, learning and development dimension, as well as the assessment of traditional business indicators and the promotion of new profit model. The Bank also promoted the design of specific indicators through the assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs), and established a complete set of evaluation index system of advertising business including financial, sales performance, market share, brand marketing, profit model expansion and new media business assessment .
