1995年,国外学者Tei等~([1])首次提出了一个综合评价心脏收缩和舒张功能的指标——心肌做功指数(myocardial performance index,MPI),又称Tei指数(TI),研究者们已将其应用于成人各类心脏疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断~([2,3]),随着超声技术的发展及临床应用,TI开始应用于胎儿心脏功能的产前评价~([4-7]),其使用简便、结果可靠、操作复性强,具有较高的临床实用价值。本文就有关TI评价胎儿心功能
