用无性繁殖系HBV-DNA(乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸)复制来的HBV-DNA,标上~(32)P制成探针,与待检血清实行DNA分子杂交,直接检测血清中HBV-DNA是一项新技术。本实验较其它血清学诊断方法敏感、直接、特异。它能精确地检测到已插入肝细胞的乙肝病毒基因物质。该技术对于探讨乙肝病毒导致疾病慢性化、肝硬变及肝癌,判断乙肝病毒携带者是否具有传染性,评价乙型肝炎治疗效果,以及鉴定乙型肝炎疫苗的安全性都具有重要意义。
The HBV-DNA copied from the asexual line of HBV-DNA (Hepatitis B virus DNA) was labeled with ~ (32) P and probed with serum DNA for hybridization to directly detect the level of HBV- DNA is a new technology. This experiment is more sensitive than other serological diagnostic methods, direct and specific. It accurately detects Hepatitis B virus genetic material that has been inserted into hepatocytes. The technology is of great significance to explore the chronic hepatitis B virus, liver cirrhosis and liver cancer, to determine whether the hepatitis B virus carriers are contagious, evaluate the therapeutic effect of hepatitis B, and identify the safety of hepatitis B vaccine.
