进入21世纪,中国社会主义现代化建设迈入重要的历史阶段,社会生活面临着前所未有的变革和转型。以活跃群众文化生活为主要内容,以提高群众文化素质为主要目的的文化事业机构——艺术馆,经历了半个多世纪风风雨雨的锤炼,迎来了崭新的发展时期。努力做先进群众文化的体现者和创造者,是新时期赋予艺术馆的使命。然而现实是严峻的,21世纪为我们带来历史性机遇的同时,也把各种挑战摆在了我们面前。
In the 21st century, China’s socialist modernization has entered an important historical stage, and its social life is facing an unprecedented transformation and transformation. Taking the active mass cultural life as the main content, the cultural institution with the primary purpose of improving the cultural quality of the masses, the Museum of Art, has experienced the ups and downs of more than half a century and ushered in a brand new period of development.
