为解决周视扫描系统中图像旋转的问题,获得稳定的图像,在分析了周视系统光学补偿原理基础上,利用基于数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)的运动控制器实现了高精度实时图像光学消旋双轴位置同步控制系统。双轴运动控制器强大的联动控制功能、高精度的伺服控制性能及快速信号处理功能使光学消旋同步控制变得简单便捷。介绍了同步控制系统具体实现方法、关键技术及解决方法。实际应用证明,基于该双轴位置同步控制的光学消旋系统完全能满足实际需要。
