英国的BTEC课程体系采用模块化的编排和多元化的评估方式,其终身教育及循环学习理念有助于学生实现知识和能力的迁移。我国应用本科文秘专业实践课程借鉴BTEC课程的3A教学模式,通过教师指导、学生活动、课业操练、考核评估等步骤,在教学评价体系上实现评价方法、主体、内容、过程的多样化,该模式让学生成为课堂上的实践者、实施者、反思者、思考者,有助于学生实现秘书职业能力的迁移。
The BTEC curriculum in the United Kingdom adopts a modular choreography and a wide range of assessment methods. Its lifelong education and learning-by-learning concepts help students to move their knowledge and abilities. In our country, the undergraduate practical courses for undergraduates and civil majors draw lessons from the 3A teaching mode of BTEC course and realize the diversification of evaluation method, subject, content and process through the steps of teachers’ instruction, student activities, schoolwork drill, assessment and assessment, etc. Let students become practitioners, implementers, reflectors and thinkers in the classroom, helping students to achieve the migration of secretarial professional ability.
