一、叶片断裂概况××电厂20万千瓦汽轮机组(材质为2Cr13)的35级反向动叶片在两年时间内先后发生了五次断裂。本文分析的第五次断裂事故是在第四次更换运行仅12天后发生的。叶片叶身高313毫米,叉形叶根。每7~9只叶片为一组,装焊两道冷轧回火的1Cr13拉筋,叶高155毫米处焊第一道φ12毫米拉筋,离叶顶40毫米处焊第二道φ8毫米拉筋。装焊钎料为料303(Ag45Cu30Zn25),熔点
