目的 探讨慢性咳嗽病因及特异性治疗方法。方法 218例慢性咳嗽病人通过本文慢性咳嗽诊断方案筛选检查,进行系统全面分析确定病因及特异性治疗。结果 217例病人得以明确病因,且采用特异性治疗,其成功率可达96％。结论 慢性咳嗽病人通过本文诊断方案筛选检查及特异性治疗,能使绝大部分病人明确病因和正确治疗。 Objective To explore the etiology and treatment of chronic cough. Methods A total of 218 chronic cough patients were screened by our chronic cough diagnostic program and systematically analyzed to determine the etiology and specific treatment. Results A total of 217 patients were diagnosed as etiological agents and the specific treatment rate was 96%. Conclusion Chronic cough patients through this screening program screening and specific treatment can make the most of the patients a clear cause and correct treatment.
