液力变矩器叶片建模复杂,在进行调整时工作量大,设计出的叶片其叶片角度与设计目标的一致性较难保证。应用An s ys b la d e g e n对液力变矩器循环圆和叶片进行参数化建模,可以将叶片角度和厚度等参数直接调出查看以及修改,保证了叶片参数与设计目标的一致,而且在需要进行性能调整时能快速地调整叶片的参数,实现液力变矩器流体性能的快速设计。此外,由Ans ys bla de ge n生成的三维模型可以直接导入Ans ys turbogrid进行网格划分,网格划分时间短,网格划分的质量高。Ans ys CFX研究表明,应用Ans ys bla de ge n、Ans ys turbogrid软件进行液力变矩器快速设计可以满足设计需要。
