以知识为基础的技术能力是科技型新创企业的核心竞争力,因此,知识如何转化为技术能力是影响科技型新创企业成长的关键因素。运用仿生学原理构建科技型新创企业知识转化影响因素的三维度结构模型,即转化环境、转化基因和转化潜力,能够实现对科技型新创企业知识转化进行系统性评价。实证检验结果表明,基于三维度的知识转化模型是一个多要素共同作用的复杂过程,该模型能够为科技型新创企业知识转化研究提供理论支持。
Knowledge-based technological capabilities are the core competitiveness of science and technology start-ups. Therefore, how knowledge is transformed into technological capabilities is the key factor that affects the growth of science and technology start-ups. Using biomimetic principles to construct a three-dimensional structural model of the influencing factors of knowledge-based start-ups, namely transformation environment, transformation genes and transformation potential, can make a systematic evaluation of the knowledge transformation of science and technology start-ups. Empirical test results show that the knowledge transformation model based on three dimensions is a complicated process with multifactor cooperation. This model can provide theoretical support for the knowledge transformation of science and technology startups.
