加入WTO以后,中国的金融市场进一步开放,国有商业银行面临多家外资银行的激烈竞争,虽然从发展规模上来说很有优势,但是在发展质量、管理水平等方面还存在差距,国有商业银行认识到自身的发展问题,在总结自身发展轨迹的同时吸收国际先进金融企业的管理文化,结合中国特色理论逐步形成适合自身的企业文化。作者采用历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义相结合的方法,力求历史和逻辑相统一、理论与实践相统一,展现国有商业银行文化管理的历史步伐,通过研究说明国有商业银行的企业文化不是凭空形成的而是自身发展的历史总结,介绍企业文化管理对国有商业银行未来发展的巨大作用。
After China’s accession to the WTO, China’s financial market is further open. State-owned commercial banks are facing fierce competition from a number of foreign banks. Although there are advantages in terms of scale of development, there are still gaps in the quality of development, management, etc., and state-owned commercial banks recognize To its own development issues, while summing up its own development trajectory, it also absorbs the management culture of international advanced financial companies, and gradually forms a corporate culture that suits itself based on the theory of Chinese characteristics. The author uses a combination of historical materialism and dialectical materialism, seeks to unify the history and logic, and integrate theory with practice. It shows the historical pace of the state-owned commercial bank’s cultural management and shows that the corporate culture of the state-owned commercial bank is not formed out of thin air. It is a summary of the history of its own development and introduces the great role of corporate culture management in the future development of state-owned commercial banks.
