质轻高强的复合材料对提高潜器的有效载荷,减小其外形尺寸,提高其水下安全运动性能具有重要作用。基于中空复合微球质轻、吸波、隔热等优异性能,在作为深潜材料的填充料的研究中得到了高度重视。本文着重介绍了中空复合微球的分类及其国内外发展历程,并概括了当前有机质复合微球的主要合成方法,进而对微球复合材料的研究进展做出综述。
The lightweight, high-strength composite material plays an important role in increasing the payload of the submarine, reducing its size and enhancing its underwater safety performance. Based on the excellent properties of hollow composite microspheres, such as light absorption, wave absorption and heat insulation, they have received great attention in the study of filler materials for deep-dive materials. This article focuses on the classification of hollow composite microspheres and their development at home and abroad, and summarizes the main synthesis methods of the current organic composite microspheres, and then summarizes the research progress of microsphere composite materials.
