体能素质作为新时期教育教学一项重要的内容,其对学生身体素质与综合素养的提升都发挥了重要得作用。而小学体育课堂作为实施体能训练的第一场所,对小学生能否茁壮成长有着举足轻重的关键作用。然而,由于课程趣味性较低,小学生对体能训练课程的专注度不强,相关的课程开展仍然存在一定的阻碍。为更好强化小学生体能训练,相关的学校与教育工作者可采用丰富课堂活动的方式,更好达到教学目标。笔者将从目前我国小学生体能现状与小学体育课堂的开展出发,对体能训练活动中存在的不足进行一定的分析,并提出相关丰富课堂活动的措施,旨在帮助更多的小学体育教育工作者。
As an important content of education and teaching in the new period, physical fitness plays an important role in improving the students’ physical quality and overall literacy. The primary physical education classroom, as the first place to implement physical training, plays an important and pivotal role in primary school students’ ability to thrive. However, due to the low interest of the curriculum and the poor focus of the students on the physical training curriculum, the related curricula still have some obstacles. In order to strengthen the physical training of pupils better, relevant schools and educators can adopt rich classroom activities to better achieve their teaching goals. Based on the current situation of primary school students in our country and the development of primary school physical education curriculum, the author analyzes the existing problems in physical training activities and puts forward some measures to enrich classroom activities aimed at helping more primary school physical education workers.
