目的:建立一种评价和优化中药提取工艺的新方法-相似度价比法。方法:以醇浸出物和蛇床子素含量为评价指标,L9(34)正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、加醇量、浸渍时间及渗漉速度对复方蛇床子酊醇提工艺的影响,采用正交方差分析和相似度价比法综合评价和优选复方蛇床子酊醇提工艺。结果:对于醇提蛇床子素,正交试验结果表明,实验室最佳工艺为13倍量70%乙醇浸渍24 h,以3 mL·min-1·kg-1速度渗漉;相似度价比法分析表明,工业化最佳工艺为11倍量70%乙醇浸渍72 h,以1 mL·min-1·kg-1速度渗漉。结论:相似度价比法是一种优选高收率低成本中药提取工艺的新方法,优选的工艺稳定,可行。
Objective: To establish a new method to evaluate and optimize the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine - similarity and cost method. Methods: The contents of alcohol extract and osthole were used as evaluation indexes. The effects of ethanol volume fraction, alcohol amount, immersion time and percolation rate on the alcohol extraction process of compound osthole were investigated by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results: The results of orthogonal test showed that the best laboratory process was impregnated with 13 times 70% ethanol for 24 h and permeated at 3 mL · min-1 · kg-1. Conclusion: The similarity-to-price ratio method is a new method to optimize the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine with high yield and low cost. The optimal process is stable and feasible.
