餐具消毒是切断消化道传染病传播途径以及预防食源性疾病的重要措施,对于保障食品卫生安全起着至关重要的作用。为了解大连市餐饮业餐具消毒质量,以采取有效措施,进一步提高大连市餐饮业餐具的卫生质量。现对大连市2009-2011年餐饮业餐具抽样及检测的结果分析如下如下。
