随着医学科学的发展,医院在如何提高医疗质量方面面临着越来越多的新课题。尽管70年代以来,临床药学的兴起,对指导临床的合理用药,提高药物疗效,减少毒副反应,防止药源性疾病的发生,起到极其重要的作用,但是,由于目前铁路系统的医院,仍是执行铁路职工就医免费的公费医疗制度,所以药费紧张,药品使用、管理欠妥的现象一直存在。
