目的探讨多平面经食管超声心动图(MTEE)在成人中央型房间隔缺损(ASD)介入治疗中的应用价值。方法对38例成人中央型房间隔缺损介入治疗前和术中行经胸超声心动图(TTE)和MTEE检测。结果 MTEE和TTE测量提供的缺损最大径和选择封堵器直径具有很好的相关性。38例患者中35例封堵成功并行超声心动图随访,3例封堵失败转外科治疗。结论与TTE、X线检查相比较,MTEE在成人中央型房间隔缺损介入治疗的术前筛选、指导选择封堵器直径和术中监测方面具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of multiplane transesophageal echocardiography (MTEE) in interventional treatment of adult central atrial septal defect (ASD). Methods Thirty-eight adult central atrial septal defects were examined by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and MTEE before and during interventional therapy. Results The maximum defect size provided by MTEE and TTE measurements had a good correlation with the diameter of the occluder. Thirty-five patients in 38 patients were followed up successfully by echocardiography, and three patients failed to receive surgical treatment. Conclusions Compared with TTE and X-ray examination, MTEE is of great value in the preoperative screening of adult central atrial septal defect interventional therapy, guiding the selection of occluder diameter and intraoperative monitoring.
