商品房的价格与日俱增,且居高不下,普通民众对保障房的需求越来越大,但据目前实际情况而言,中国的保障房市场还处于供给严重不足的阶段,加快保障性住房建设,对控制高房价、加强与创新社会管理具有十分重要的意义。当前制约我国保障性住房建设的最主要瓶颈是资金投入不足、融资渠道有限,管理模式不健全。开拓社会化的资金投资保障房建设是历史的趋势,本文在对保障性住房建设的背景、我国保障房融资渠道、存在的主要问题进行阐述分析的基础上,并提出完善保障房建设融资渠道的相关意见及建议。
However, according to the current actual situation, China’s affordable housing market is still in a stage of serious shortage of supply and the construction of affordable housing is accelerating. The price of commercial housing is increasing day by day and high, and the demand of ordinary people for affordable housing is growing. It is of great significance to control the high prices and strengthen and innovate the social management. The main bottlenecks restricting the construction of affordable housing in our country at present are the insufficient capital investment, the limited financing channels and the imperfect management mode. To open up the socialization of capital investment in protection of housing construction is a historical trend. Based on the analysis of the background of affordable housing construction, the financing channels of our country’s affordable housing and the main problems, this paper proposes to improve the financing channels for affordable housing construction Relevant comments and suggestions.
