防水工程作为目前建筑施工过程中十分重要的一环,其质量在很大程度上影响着建筑房屋的性能、寿命以及居民体验,因此如何控制预防建筑工程的渗漏水现象已经成为当前建筑单位亟待解决的问题之一。本文以建筑工程容易出现渗漏水的楼面、厨卫间和地下室等区域为例,从工程设计、材料和施工等方面简要分析了渗漏水原因,并就如何加强防水工程建设,减少渗漏水现象的发生次数提出了相应的预防措施。
