企业的人力资源是具有创造性的资源,是企业第一资源,因此开发企业的人力资源在当今知识经济时代尤其重要。本文首先阐述了人力资源开发的意义,进而从如何引进人才、尊重人才、留住人才的人才管理,以及加强企业培训,提高员工素质,制定合理的薪酬制度三方面对人力资源开发管理进行了阐述和分析,最终得出:一个企业在市场中若想从小到大、从弱到强,就必须注重企业人力资源的开发管理。
Human resources of enterprises are creative resources and the first resources of enterprises.
