本文通过四种实验方法,证明了清火利咽汤对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳炎症、对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔炎症及毛细血管通透性、蛋清性大鼠关节肿以及大鼠皮下棉球肉芽肿增生均有显著的抑制作用。对急性、亚急性、慢性炎症均有较好的抗炎作用。
In this paper, four experimental methods have been used to demonstrate the effect of Qinghuo Liyan Decoction on xylene-induced mouse ear shell inflammation, peritoneal inflammation and capillary permeability induced by acetic acid, egg white rat joint swelling, and rat subcutaneous Cotton ball granulomatous proliferation have a significant inhibitory effect. It has good anti-inflammatory effects on acute, subacute and chronic inflammation.
