目的了解伊宁市社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度情况。方法 2012年1月对720名就医者采取整群抽样方法对伊宁市社区服务利用者满意度情况进行调查,有效问卷682份。结果居民对社区卫生服务机构的总体满意度较高,对社区卫生服务态度、医护人员的医德医风、就医环境感到满意,分别80.50%、77.42%和76.83%,有56.30%被调查者对社区卫生机构检查设备感到满意。结论伊宁市的社区卫生服务取得了比较好的评价,但还存在改善空间,社区卫生服务管理者应该采取积极的措施提高其服务质量。
Objective To understand the community residents’ satisfaction with community health services in Yining City. Methods In January 2012, a total of 720 physicians were surveyed to find out the satisfaction of community service users in Yining with 682 valid questionnaires. Results The residents were generally satisfied with the community health service agencies and were satisfied with the community health service attitude, medical ethics and medical treatment environment, respectively, with 80.50%, 77.42% and 76.83% respectively, and 56.30% of the respondents were satisfied with the community Health institutions are satisfied with the inspection equipment. Conclusion The community health service in Yining has obtained a good evaluation, but there is still room for improvement. The community health service managers should take active measures to improve their service quality.
