张煜星1964年生,博士,教授级高级工程师,注册咨询工程师(投资)。1985年毕业于内蒙古林学院林学系,同年在内蒙古自治区党校经济管理教研室任教;1988年在北京林业大学读研究生,1989年11月赴前苏联俄罗斯列宁格勒(圣彼得堡)林业技术大学学习。1993年获博士学位,1994年回国在国家林业局(原林业部)调查规划设计院工作。1997年任院荒漠化监测处临时负责人,2000年任荒漠化监测处副处长,2001年局国家林业局调查规划设计院总工程师(副司局级)。主要从事森林经理、资源与环境监测,以及该领域的规划设计等业务工作,参加了全国第一、二次荒漠化监测及全国第六、七次森林资源清查,主持国家863计划、“十一五”科技支撑专题等科研14项,主持“中俄托木斯克州森林资源合作开发利用总体规划”等重大生产项目10多项,主持编写了规划、技术方案和可行性研究报告等50多项,编写技术规程规范和标准8项;出版专著《遥感技术在森林资源清查中的应用研究》和《基于SPOT数据的森林林相图更新技术研究》2部,参加(副主编和编委)编写出版著作14部,在“journalofforestry”等国内外刊物外发表学术论文近60篇;获国家林业局梁希科学技术一等奖(排名第二)1项,省部级科学技术二等奖(排名第七)1项,全国优秀咨询成果二等奖1项,三等奖1项,国家林业局优秀咨询成果二等奖2项;2005年获全国第六次森林资源清查先进个人,2006年获第八届中国林业青年科技奖。
Zhang Yuxing Born in 1964, Ph.D., professor-level senior engineer, registered consulting engineer (investment). In 1997, he was the temporary head of desertification monitoring office of any hospital. He served as the deputy director of desertification monitoring office in 2000 and the chief engineer of survey planning and design institute of State Forestry Administration in 2001. Mainly engaged in forest managers, resource and environmental monitoring, as well as planning and design of the field of business work, participated in the country’s first and second desertification monitoring and national sixth, seven forest inventory, presided over the national 863 plan, Five “scientific and technological support projects such as scientific research 14, presided over the” Sino-Russian Tomsk Region forest resources cooperation in the development and utilization of master plan “and other major production projects more than 10, presided over the preparation of the planning, technical programs and feasibility studies More than 50 items were drafted and eight technical specifications and standards were prepared.
