目的探讨牙龈瘤改良术式的预后情况及美学效果。方法选择厦门大学附属第一医院口腔科门诊2008年3月至2010年1月收治的牙龈瘤患者12例,采用改良牙龈瘤治疗术式进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 12例中有8例治愈,牙龈瘤完全消失,随访6～18个月均无复发迹象,牙龈色泽、外形基本恢复正常,患者基本满意。结论本文介绍的改良牙龈瘤治疗术式可以有效治疗牙龈瘤,同时获得较常规术式更加理想的美学效果。
Objective To investigate the prognosis and aesthetic effect of modified gingival tumor. Methods 12 cases of gingiva patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2008 to January 2010 were selected and treated with modified gingival tumors. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results Of the 12 cases, 8 cases were cured and the gingival tumor completely disappeared. All patients showed satisfactory signs of recurrence within 6-18 months of follow-up. The gingival color and appearance of the gingiva basically returned to normal. Conclusion This article describes the modified gingival tumor surgery can effectively treat gingival tumor, at the same time than the conventional surgery to obtain a more satisfactory aesthetic effect.
