本文在阐述新疆平原区水文地质条件及其地下水系统特征的基础上,采用水均衡的基本原理,在MAPGIS、RS、数据库和VBA面向对象开发技术支持下,综合考虑了影响地下水系统的多种因素,构建出平原区地下水资源评价模型。同时考虑水资源总体规划、水资源配置、水利工程建设、耗水等各种因素,采用常规的开采系数法、典型区域分析类比法、耗水分析等多种方法计算确定地下水可开采量。本文基于新疆最新一轮的地下水资源调查与评价成果,对地下水可开采量的计算提出了5条原则、3种计算方案,并对不同方案进行对比分析,最终确定新疆平原区地下水可开采量为153×108m3/a。
