本研究试图观察10 GyX线头部照射后48小时对利血平处理雄性大鼠神经内分泌功能的影响。实验设正常对照、利血平处理和利血平处理加照射三组。结果证实,利血平处理组(动物每隔12小时注射一次利血平,0.5mg/kg BW,共注射6次)与正常对照组比较,神经内分泌功能发生明显改变;而利血平处理加照射组与利盥平处理组比较,血清LH、FSH、TSH、GH、T_3、T_4和睾丸酮水平只趋于降低,血清PRL和皮质酮(P<0.05)有不同程度增高,但这些结果尚无正常大鼠经10 GyX线头部照射后变化明显。提示,用利血平处理雄性大鼠神经内分泌系统功能发生复杂的改变,不能出现正常大鼠头部照射后48小时下丘脑—垂体—靶腺系统功能变化。
This study sought to observe the effects of reserpine treatment on neuroendocrine function in male rats at 48 hours after irradiation with 10 GyX rays. The experimental set up normal control, reserpine treatment and reserpine treatment plus irradiation three groups. The results confirmed that reserpine treatment group (animals were injected once every 12 hours reserpine, 0.5mg/kg BW, a total of 6 injections) compared with the normal control group, neuroendocrine function changed significantly; and reserpine treatment plus The levels of serum LH, FSH, TSH, GH, T_3, T_4, and testosterone in the irradiation group were lower than those in the risperipine treatment group, and serum PRL and corticosterone (P<0.05) were increased to varying degrees. However, these results were not yet available. Normal rats showed significant changes after irradiation with the 10 GyX head. It is suggested that the complex changes in the function of the neuroendocrine system in male rats treated with reserpine do not appear to have functional changes in the hypothalamus-pituitary-target gland system 48 hours after the irradiation of the normal rat head.
