渭南市石堡川水库灌溉管理局灌区惠及延安、渭南两市的洛川、白水、澄城三县十七个乡镇,承担着40万亩农田灌溉和25.1万人的生活饮水任务。下设14个职能科室,11个基层单位,现有干部职工449人。近年来,全局上下以只争朝夕、争创一流的精神,以求真务实、拼搏创新的干劲,通过深化改革、规范运作,内强素质,外树形象,促使灌区经济得到了长足发展。
