预应力纤维布加固技术的加固效果明显、应用前景广阔,在这项技术中加固工艺和预应力损失是两个至关重要的问题。根据小梁的尺寸,通过增加基梁来改进加固工艺,分析该加固工艺产生预应力损失的机理,并根据测量的应变片数据对残留应变进行分析,拟合出预应力损失公式。经过对比分析表明,预应力损失公式与测量值基本吻合,并且由公式得到预应力损失率和测量值得到的预应力损失率均在15%~20%之间。
The strengthening effect of the prestressed fiber cloth reinforcement technology is obvious and the application prospect is broad. In this technology, the reinforcement process and loss of prestress are two crucial issues. According to the dimensions of the trabecula, the reinforcement process is improved by adding the base beam, the mechanism of the loss of prestress caused by the reinforcement process is analyzed, and the residual strain is analyzed according to the measured strain gauge data, and the loss formula of the prestress is fitted. After comparative analysis, the loss formula of prestress is basically consistent with the measured value, and the prestress loss rate obtained from the formula and the measured value is between 15% and 20%.
